Which Witch Are You? Giveaway Official Rules
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
1. Organizer
Wicca Vibes (wiccavibes.com) ("Organizer"). Contact: info@wiccavibes.com. Official Instagram account: @shopwiccavibes.
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of the Organizer, people directly involved in administering the giveaway, and members of their immediate households are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Entry period
The giveaway starts Thursday, November 5, 2026 at 7:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) and ends Thursday, November 12, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET (the "Entry Period"). Entries received outside the Entry Period are not eligible.
4. How to enter
During the Entry Period, leave a comment on the designated "Which witch are you?" carousel post on the @shopwiccavibes Instagram account naming the featured symbol that speaks to you (Triquetra, Witch's Knot, Triple Moon, Sun & Moon or Crescent Moon) and why. Comments on any other post, including Reels and any Facebook post, do not count as entries. Limit one (1) entry per person; additional comments do not add entries. No purchase or payment is necessary, and buying does not improve your chances. No like, follow, tag, repost or share is required or rewarded; optional sharing provides no additional entries. Entries must be the entrant's own and must not contain unlawful, abusive or infringing content. Automated, scripted or fraudulent entries are void. A public Instagram account is needed so that the entry can be seen.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive one (1) Moonlit Triquetra Balance Necklace (https://wiccavibes.com/products/moonlit-triquetra-balance-necklace). Approximate retail value: US $39. Standard shipping to the winner's address in the United States is covered by the Organizer. The winner will not be asked to pay any purchase price, shipping fee or claim fee. Other jewelry shown in the post is not part of the prize. No cash alternative, transfer or substitution, except that the Organizer may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the necklace becomes unavailable. Any taxes are the winner's responsibility.
6. Winner selection and odds
On or before Sunday, November 15, 2026, the Organizer will randomly select one (1) potential winner from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Each eligible entrant has one entry. The explanation is not judged, and the symbol chosen does not affect the odds or the prize. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. Notification and claim
The potential winner will be contacted only by @shopwiccavibes, by Instagram direct message and/or a reply to the entry comment. Wicca Vibes will never ask for payment, card details or passwords; beware of impersonator accounts. The potential winner must respond within 72 hours of notification and confirm eligibility and a U.S. delivery address. If the potential winner does not respond in time, cannot be contacted, or is found ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and another eligible entrant may be randomly selected. The winner's address and private contact details will not be shared publicly; the winner's account name will only be announced publicly with their permission.
8. Privacy
Entry comments are public on Instagram. The Organizer uses entrants' Instagram account names, and for the winner the necessary contact and delivery details, only to administer the giveaway and deliver the prize. 9. Instagram and Facebook release and acknowledgement
This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook or Meta. Entries are accepted on Instagram only; comments on Facebook do not count. Entrants provide information to the Organizer, not to Instagram or Facebook. By entering, each entrant releases Instagram and Facebook (and Meta Platforms, Inc.) from any and all liability arising from or relating to this giveaway, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Entrants must comply with Instagram's Terms of Use.
10. General
By entering, entrants agree to these Official Rules and the Organizer's decisions, which are final. The Organizer may disqualify entries that violate these rules, and may modify, suspend or cancel the giveaway if fraud, technical problems or other causes beyond its control affect its fairness or administration, to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, the winner releases the Organizer from liability relating to acceptance or use of the prize. These rules are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where the Organizer is located.
