Refund or Replacement Eligibility
We may offer a refund or replacement in the following cases:
Order Not Received
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us and we’ll review the shipment status for a replacement or refund.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Item
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please email us within 30 days of delivery with clear photos so we can resolve it quickly.
Missing Item
If something is missing from your order, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
Order Changes & Cancellations
We process orders quickly. If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are generally not available for:
- Orders with incorrect shipping details entered at checkout
- Delays caused by customs or local postal services
- Normal wear and tear
- Change of mind after delivery
- Items marked Final Sale or Clearance (unless damaged, incorrect, or not delivered)
Return Shipping
In some approved cases, we may request the item to be returned before issuing a refund or replacement. If a return is required, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the mistake was ours.
Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been shipped.
