Shipping Information
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping worldwide on orders of $19.90 or more.
Free products are not included. Shipping on a free item is $12.97 per item. Add any paid piece to your order and shipping is free on the whole order.
Estimated Delivery Time
Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time.
- Processing: 2–5 business days
- USA: 6–12 business days
- Canada / UK: 7–21 business days
- Other countries: delivery times vary by location
These estimates do not include customs delays, weekends, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Tracking
Once your order ships, we email you the tracking information. Please allow 1–2 business days after dispatch for tracking to become active.
If Your Order Doesn't Arrive
If you have not received your order within 30 days of dispatch, contact us at support@wiccavibes.com. We will either send a replacement or give you a full refund.
Worldwide Shipping
We proudly ship to most countries worldwide. Due to shipping restrictions we are currently unable to deliver to the Philippines, Indonesia, Cuba, Iran, Sudan, or Syria.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Some countries may charge import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These charges are set by your local government and are the customer's responsibility.
Incorrect Shipping Details
Please make sure your shipping address and contact details are entered correctly at checkout. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
